Smooth order, good quality

I ordered a bottle of Sunbeam and some Lion's Mane capsules last month. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was quick. It took 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which was pretty standard. The packaging was good, no issues there. I've been taking the Lion's Mane for about three weeks now, and I do feel a bit more focused in the mornings. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't had any stomach upset or anything. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a solid experience.

Decent products, shipping okay

I tried the Think Fast capsules and a small pouch of the Cordyceps powder. Ordering was straightforward enough, though I found navigating the different bundles a little confusing at first. My package arrived in about a week. The Think Fast seems to help a bit with afternoon sluggishness; it's not a huge boost but noticeable. The Cordyceps mixes well in my coffee. My only minor gripe was the shipping cost on my smaller order; it almost pushed me over the edge to not buy. Value for money is good if you hit the free shipping threshold.

Reliable for my routine

This was my third time ordering from First Person. I always get the Moonlight and one of the adaptogen blends. This time I picked up Reishi. Just like before, the ordering process was simple, and the site recognized my previous details, which was convenient. My package arrived on my doorstep within 5 days, just like my last two orders. The products themselves are consistently good; the Moonlight definitely helps me wind down. I appreciate that I know what to expect with their delivery times and product quality. That consistency is why I keep coming back.
